CC, trading as Career Risk Report, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all report purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Career Risk Report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Contact our support team at support@careerriskreport.com with your order reference, and we will initiate the refund on your behalf.
- Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund directly.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests are honoured when:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The purchase was made directly through our website via Paddle.
- The request is submitted by the account holder or the payment method owner.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside this window, or where we detect fraudulent or abusive purchase behaviour.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and banking institution.
Effect of refund on access
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the purchased report and any associated digital content will be revoked. If you received a report download, you must delete all copies in your possession.
