3. Use of generative AI

Our reports are generated using large language models and automated analytical frameworks. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Outputs are produced algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generalisations. You must verify outputs before acting on them. You may not use our services to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to conduct jailbreaking or model exploitation. We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove outputs that violate these terms.

4. Account registration and credentials

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

5. Intellectual property

CC, trading as Career Risk Report, retains all ownership rights in the platform, software, documentation, branding, methodologies, and analytical frameworks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our service or reports without our prior written consent.

6. Payment, billing and Paddle Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, including payment processing, tax calculation, collection and remittance, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. All payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics related to your transaction are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you accept as part of completing a purchase. By placing an order, you authorise Paddle to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

7. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform, including introducing malware, probing, scraping, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempting to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
• Sharing, publishing, or commercially exploiting report content without authorisation.

8. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without prior notice. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately and without notice if you materially breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay amounts due, create a security risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability (CC, trading as Career Risk Report) arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC (trading as Career Risk Report) and its agents and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
